A customer loyalty program is a rewards program offered by a company to customers who frequently make purchases. A loyalty program may give a customer free merchandise, rewards, coupons, or even advance released products.

Customer loyalty is a customer's willingness to buy from or work with a brand again and again, and it's the result of a positive customer experience, customer satisfaction, and the value of the products or services the customer gets from the transaction. Loyal customers convert and spend more with brands they're loyal too more often, and they tell their friends and colleagues about those brands, which helps drive free referrals.

What do we ask of businesses?
We ask that as a business on our loyalty program you give our members a discount.
It could be something like:
50c of a cuppa/drink, 10% off, buy 1 get 1 free if you’re a
Free safety check if you’re a mechanic
Free blowdry for hairdressers
The list is endless
We would also require you to place our "We support Fibromyalgia" poster somewhere visible (ie store window) in your store, on your website, social media or other advertising.
What do we offer you in return?
In return, we would advertise your business on our Facebook Page which gets around 100 hits a day. In our newsletter which goes out to over 1000 people. In our support group which has over 13000 members in our WA group and over 6500 in our Australia group, which are growing rapidly every day as well as on our website
